The movie is called, "Sally" and appears to probably now be available on DVD from Belgium.
I was awaiting 100% confirmation and this seems to be it.  I will give more info when I get it.-TR |

Actually, this was filmed before "Josie and the Pussycats". It was shot around when "She's All That" was shot.

I have to agree about something here TR,
Studios can sometimes wait more than 4 years before releasing a movie. An example is "Blue Sky" where they waited for 4 years (shot in 1990 but released in 1994 !). Weird thing is that Minnesota native Jessica Lange won the Academy award in 1994... when it was shot earlier than that... I know Tangled was shot in 2000 before Josie. Think of "Texas Rangers". THAT one really took a long time to be released! Rachael even said how she was talking to Ashton Kutcher on the phone before it was released and she asked him if he heard anything about the status of that movie and he was like, "YEAH! What is up with that?" LOL That just shows that the actors don't really even know when movies will definitely be released. "Texas Rangers" sat on the shelf for quite a long time before finally getting a very limited release and then video and DVD sales.-TR |

It's definitely not from my copy.
It is either from the new Belgium release DVD (Which I was told is available but I am awaiting 100% proof of that), or from someone who taped it off of Latin American cable TV when it aired on there not long ago. I am likely to lean towards the DVD release option. We will find out soon. -TR |
