OK what I did is take a Black/White picture of her and changed it into a color picture using Photoshop
I'm really happy with the reults
I couldn't do much about her hair though
I've never seen this particualr photo in color so thats why I did it

yes I did all by myself
I made my selections then I took the saturation away then Balanced the color
Its pretty easy, just need to make your selections carefully, both of em took me about 30-45 minutes to do
