OK, can anyone tell me how to make DVD screen caps? Cuz there are some pics of Rachael I wanna take but I don't know how to make DVD caps.
One pic I am looking for is near the end of the JATP Backstage Pass, when Rachael is standing in front of the infamous "Honk If You Like P****" sign. If anyone has this pic, please post a link to it. I would help you out, but I honestly don't know the answer to your question. This was recently discussed on another thread on this MB, so if you look, you should find that. From what I noticed, it seems that you simply need suitable software to do the job.

Making DVD-Caps is very easy if you use a DVD-Player like WinDVD or PowerDVD. Both aren't free for download but very good. I don't know any other free programm you could use. Sorry.
And thats all i could get: |

power dvd is so simple. it has a little button on the applet that looks like a camera, you just pause the video, hit the button, and depending on how youve set up the options it will capture to the clipboard or to a file. in the case of the clipboard you then open a paint program like paintshop pro, photoshop, even windows paint, then paste.
to prove how easy it is heres one i just made http://oddball.usererror.org.uk/lw1.jpg |

With regard to getting software for creating DVD cap's. Try download.com They have loads of stuff on there, some of it free, some of it not, but most of it is free for a trial period at least. I hope this helps. Download.com "I'm right here. I'm tiny, but I'm here" |
