I could be wrong but i think thats one of the exclusive pictures the Cooks donated a long time ago. Maybe TR can confirm that. Don't know what shoot its coming from or how old it is.
I really like that picture too and, if I'm not mistaken, I'd say it's from True Women time, dressed as Georgia Lawshe.

Mut is correct. That is an exclusive pics from the Cooks and was used on the (now defunct) Endorsed Site. Sorry to be a spoil-sport, but I removed the link. Those photos shouldn't appear online anymore.

To clarify... once upon, a friend of the Cooks, Jeremy, ran a fansite that was eventually endorsed by Rachael. During that time, the Cooks allowed Jeremy to post certain photos that were from their personal collection. JoAnne was actually the photographer for most of them. They were not allowed to be posted on any other sites, due to an agreement he had with the Cooks. Eventually, Jeremy closed up the site and now those photos are not to be posted anywhere. Some still float around, as you saw, but they aren't supposed to be posted online.
I hope that cleared things up some.
