Nope, Rachael did some backing vocals, but Kay Hanley did the vocals for Josie.

The DVD doesn't really credit the musicians and singers properly, but Kay Hanley did all the lead vocals. Rachael, along with Rosario and Tara sang backing vocals on "You're a Star".
