you know how singers have promotional instore signing hours, where you buy a cd/poster and they sign it for you..

I've never seen this happen, expect with Mandy Moore (but she's part singer) anyway.. do actors and actresses do these too? or do they just have premiers

Closest thing I've seen was Ming Na siging stuff at an L.A. comic convention while promoting the Final Fantasy movie. That was the same convention they were handing out Josie and the Pussycats posters.*

Usually actors and actresses promote their stuff by doing premieres and going on talkshows. The closest one can get is often the audience at the Tonight Show w/Jay Leno and the like, although they don't sign autographs or talk to fans.

No, this was a misreported signing. Rachael never did a signing in Seattle with Shannon.

Rachael did do a signing in a Sam Goody for the release of "She's All That" on video which also was at the same time as the premiere issue of "Teen Movieline" when she appeared on the cover.
