I get much music...tell me how to transfer from tape to vcd, and I can give it a shot...my dsl should be fast enough to upload it to somewhere. But since work sucks, I can make no promises.

You need a TV-in, but they are rare on computers so I doubt it you have one. What has a higher chance of being possible is this: use your digital video-camera (If you don't have one all fails) and record your vcr-tape onto your digital8 tape. then use firewire to get to you pc and done. But Like I said if you do not have a digital camera or a TV-in on your pc, it's impossible. (Or you should want to buy a TV-card (with tv-in) or a digital camera )

Often, expensive versions of graphics cards will have a TV-in, so it's worth checking, just to be sure.
