Nope, Rachael doesn't do any of the singing in JATPC. I believe she can be quoted as saying she is terrible at singing. Just being humble, I am sure.

Anyway, I believe it was the lead singer of Letters to Cleo? Kay Finlay maybe? I forget, hopefully someone will correct me
