I am spanish, my english isn't very good. I want to write a letter from Rachael, and I don't know if Rachael can understand spanish. This is my question. Thank you.

Rachael understands a little Spanish, and her mother can read Spanish. Rachael's mother is the one that opens most all of the fanmail, so if you write in Spanish, it will be understood.

They are for fans out of the country that can't easily obtain U.S. postage. If you ask at your local post office, they should know what you are talking about. It is kinda like univeral postage.
