I felt that Rachael's commentary made "Stateside" more interesting, but her modesty became annoying, she should learn to take a compliment. On a some- what different track, the pamphlet that come with "Stateside" stated that Rachael's father was a psychiatrist. I thought he was a social worker, TR do you know if Rachael's father also has a degree in psychiatry? Back to Rachael and commentary, I saw "Bookies" right after viewing "Stateside", I would have liked to have known how Rachael made her character in "Bookies" so level-headed and "sober" and her character in "Stateside" so ditzy. The pamphlet from "Stateside"(which I am dubious of for the reason stated above) said that to prepare for her "Stateside" character, that she met with people suffering from schitzophrania and that she also read medical books that her father gave her.

The part about her meeting with people suffering from schizophrenia and reading about it is true. Rachael did, indeed, do that to prepare for the role.
The part about her father being a psychiatrist is definitely not true. I have seen him referred to as a psychiatrist or psychologist before. You are right in thinking that he was a social worker at a public school helping troubled kids. It is easily understood how it can be seen as him being a psychologist, so that one usually slides. He definitely isn't a psychiatrist, though.

P.S. I agree that the commentary is fun and Rachael even said it was a lot of fun to do. We may see more in the future with Rachael... who knows?
