wow! i just found out that rachael is a vegitarian! lol, as well as alot of other people on this board. i am a vegitarian too, and i was just wondering what its like being a veggie in the US because australia is like the meat-eaters capital in the world, lol. when my friends found out that i was a veggie they got me on the oval and (just for fun...i think) they beat the s*** out of me!

the reason i became a veggie was because i love meat so much, and i wanted to know that i was strong enough to give it up. does anyone know why rachael went vege? thanks

It's pretty much simply because Rachael didn't like eating meat much to begin with. It is almost natural, at that point, to just phase it out of your diet. Also, she likes the idea that she isn't eating anything that once had a face. hehe

She does eat eggs and dairy, so she is considered an ova-lacto vegetarian.

i wont eat sea food though i mean the way they kill those things is just sickning. in fact i may stop eating meat also.. who knows how well checked the live stock is for things like madcow or something.. yuck
