In IMDBs "please meet" feature that is always on the main page, this new girl, Kaylee DeFer is the best lookalike of Rachael I have seen. Just with blonde hair.

Have you guys seen that 24-hour Fitness commercial that has the people working out to that reggae song? At the end there is a girl that either is a now weighty Rachael, or one hell of a look-alike. Some posted a thread about it on another forum and after I saw the commercial myself it's just boggling my mind!

I agree. Kaylee does have Rachael's look going for her. Too bad that there isn't much info about her on the Internet except through IMDB.

Wow. I just checked her out and she does look like Rachael. But there is still only 1 Rachael. Where does this Kaylee come from?

How about this one? The differences I see is a slight chin butt on the person in the photo that Rachael doesn't have, her nose and lips are very slightly larger, and a mole on her chest is missing that Rachael does have (There's more to the picture but I don't know how appropiate it is to post it, if you know what I mean.)

There is another actress that I found that reminds me of rachael. Ironically, here name is Rachael as well, Rachael Stirling. She is an English actress I believe. I saw her in a movie and she reminded me of Rachael through the whole thing, the strange thing about her though is that her pictures don't look so much like Rachael, but when she's in actual movement she does. Well, Jennifer Morrison (Dr Allison Cameron) looks very much like Rachael Leigh Cook. They were even born on the same year -

Shame about Jennifer's eye colour though, if it was more of an exotic brown colour, she could be rachael's twin....to some extent. Rachael, in comparison to Jennifer, has a more 'cuter', and warm look.

Really? I honestly don't see it the same way, I guess. House is easily my favorite show, and I have been watching for a while and never once thought that Cameron looked like Rachael. It's interesting... I guess we all use different eyes when we see people.
