Anyone know anything about the extra's at this DVD?

according to DVDStrax, my online dvd shop of choice, these are the extras:

- "Backstage Pass" Featurette
- A Feature Commentary
- Music Videos
- Deleted Scenes
- Production Notes
- Theatrical Trailer

...anyone know if any of this is a making-of, the Backstage pass kinda sounds like it... anyone know the length of it?

well, the movie aint all that good, so unless there's any decent extra's on it I probably wont buy it unless I find it on sale.

... is the documentary any good?

Would share the same as Pauleta's as he has the same DVD as mine...

There is not too much deleted scenes, the middle one is the best, as we see two hostesses wearing the original catsuits as drawn and created in Archie Comics and Hanna Barbera Cartoons...

And those dolls...

The making of is over 20 minutes long (24 I think though it has been a while since I watched it). The commentary I found interesting. I personally like the film and had to watch it a number of times before I saw all the little things they put in to reinforce the main storyline. The videos are based on what you see in the film.

I don't know why you woulnd't like JATP, it's my favorite moive, and not just my favorite RLC movie. You should definalty buy the DVD, backstage pass is really interesting. One (out of the 3 roll eyes) of the deletled scenes is really funny (the one where she's at target wink)

As a thought, the PAL version of the movie released in the UK (I presume Norway uses the PAL TV system?) did not have the commentary or the DTS soundtrack on it. The rest was the same though.

Yeah, Norways used PAL (like the rest of Europe), but I will probably buy the Zone 1 (America) DVD, since I get a few more extra's, and I've patched my DVD-Rom so I'm able to play any zone big grin
