I don't know how many of you out there have had a chance to see House of Yes yet, but, was anyone else freaked out at how closely Rachael resembled Jackie O at first? It was more than the exact matching outfits too! If you haven't had the chance yet, see this movie. It has Parker Posey playing an absolute loon, it has Freddie Prinze Jr. playing Rachael/Parker's brother and Genevieve Bujold playing their mother, and oh yeah, Tori Spelling is in it too. Not a cinematic masterpiece or anything but an interesting plot and good performances. Of course my main complaint is that there is not nearly enough Rachael in it. Anyone else have any thoughts to add on this movie?

Absolutely awesome! I got my copy among other RLC films about a month or more ago and it's a great dark but hilarious film! Yes, RLC does kinda resemble JO but not too much. I am glad you enjoyed the film!

I've said it once---I'll say it again, this my fave movie that Rachael was in. smile I just loved this movie! Obviously, I don't like it just because Rachael was in it since she was only in the opening and closing credits; I liked it just because it was a good movie. Parker is just too awesome! She made the movie. smile

My fave movie that Rachael had a more substantial role in would be "The Hi-Line." smile

Either I watched a completely different version of this movie, or you guys have very odd taste. I didn't like the movie. It had some good points in the beginning, but it just went downhill the whole time. I was never interested in what happened to the characters, Parker was more annoying than anything else, as was Spelling. Prinz was pretty good, but the whole thing just didn't sit well with me. If it didn't have Rachael in it, it would probably join my collection of AOL CDs on my coffee table as a coaster.

Did I miss something? I like a wide variety of movies, and wry, subtle humor is my favorite, but I just didn't see much to like in this movie, and certainly not the humor that everyone else seems to see.

To each his/her own I guess. I didn't like The Naked Man but a lot of people did. "It is our individuality that defines us."
