I got a screener of Blow Dry from the video store I work at and watched it tonight. I thought it was an excellent film that speaks volumes. If you look past the fluff hair comedy, there is a really great story underneath. I would totally recommend this to anyone. Oh, and Rachael looks extremely awesome in this flick.

On video and DVD August 14th.

I have no idea why it's going straight to DVD and video in the U.S.A. and wasn't shown in theatres like it was in the U.K.! Like you said it's a great film I am sure though I haven't seen it. I really do want to see it soon!

I believe Blow Dry was in theaters here in the US back around January. It ran only a brief length of time and was gone as I remember.

Yes, it was in theaters here in the U.S. Ads ran often for it where I am.

I was surprised that "Blow Dry" played at a mainsteam theater out here in Cowtown.(The Kansas City, MO. metro area.) Who else,but a totally fixated Rachael fan, would have read Rachael's interview in "Ocean Drive" while waiting for the movie to start.
