I thought that the opening credits were cool in that the names of the actors were either on the digital display of a video(maybe digital) recording device or engraved in a piece of broadcasting equipment. I liked how in the closing credits there was a filmed headshot of the main people, not just a photo headshot.
I did not like how the film makers could not decide on whether the audience was supposed to be watching an episode of a fictional TV program entitled AMERICAN CRIME, or If "American Crime" is a movie about some reporters on a TV news station invesigating a serial killer. After seeing the DVD you will understand what I am talking about. At first I did not like Rachael's straight long blonde hair, but after awhile i began to think it looked good on her.
****BELLOW ARE SPOILERS*************************

I think Rachael is showing that she is maturing since she did the scene in which she and Annabella Sciorra made out Razz I liked Cary Elwes perfomance as a mix between Adam Walsh and a third rate Sir David Frost. Was he the killer though? Could Kip's and/or Rachael's character have been the killer(s) since a package was shown ater it was said that their character's bodies were never found? Ihope there isn't an option "c"! That would mean that the killer was some unmentioned person! Mad
