I saw this in the news section and noticed it was on VH-1 and thought "Hey, I have that channel!" I'm missing out on Las Vegas, so I'm not gonna miss out on this! Just a few questions:
What's it all about?
What's Rachael's involvement?
Is there a different VH-1 in the US to UK and Ireland?
Will you please put a reminder up on the forums when the date is approaching?
Thanks!

I will definitely remind everyone before the shows air. Smile Don't worry!

Well, if you were ever able to see one of the VH-1 I Love the 80's or 90's (or whatever decade they decade they decided to cover) episodes, you would see that it consists of various actors, commedians and musicians commenting on various pop culture topics of a particular year in that decade. They will do an episode on 1980 and then one on 1981, etc... Anyway, each episode contains music video clips from the time period, fads like jellies, rubik's cubes, Cabbage Patch Dolls, etc... The show is actually quite fun to watch, especially if you lived through those years and can remember any of those things. It is a fun retrospective. Smile

Yes, as you guessed, Rachael is one of the people commenting on the various topics that are covered. Her appearances will be spread throughout the series randomly, so you never know when she will pop up for a quick comment. Wink

I can't definitely answer if VH-1 is different in the UK than in the U.S., but I do know that MTV is different, so there is a chance that VH-1 is also different. (They are sister channels.) I guess tune in and see if everyone is speaking with an American or British accent to see for sure. Wink Even if they are diffent, they may air the series anyway. I guess we will just have to wait and see. Does anyone else have more info on this, by chance?

I hope I answered everything. Let me know if you have any other questions. Smile

I just hope the UK were to lazy to make their own one... Wink
I would post what's on the channel now to see if it's any different from what's on over there, but it'll more than likely have changed by the time anyone sees this post!

I'll look into it. Thanks for the info!
