How do you know of the "Valley of the Forgotten"? I thought only staff members can see that...
Well, we move Off-Topic posts or posts that should be deleted to the Valley so other staff members can see it too. But it's nothing exciting in there at all.

When you select new discussion, in the drop down you can see all forums, though probably won't have permissions to post to all of them.
