Lee. It's just a fancy way of spelling it. If it were pronounced the way it is spelled, it would be too easy English is stupid like that.

i think the hearing aids are mentioned but in a deleted scene from the film, he turns them off to avoid zack but they changed it to have him yell stop calling asshole just before the prom, anyway thats what i heard on a chat about the film when it was released

Its "lee". Ive heard it pronounced numerous times on TV and on movie trailers.

yeah if you watch the ABC under 21 video which you can find online you can even hear rachael say it herself, so we can be pretty sure her pronunciation of her own name is correct.
