Thanks, NUFAN. I don't know if it's just because I've been doing this for so long or what, but the bar that the show is at has let me and my roomie's band open for some respectable groups. Juliana Theory, Songs:Ohia, Ozma, Homegrown (this July will be the second time), Rilo Kiley, Showoff, Brandtson, and Legends of Rodeo, f.k.a. the Recess Theory (but they cancelled, so my roomie's band headlined). However easy it is, it's still pretty cool, and I'm excited. Maybe I'll find a way to bootleg it, so I can somehow send it to you. Why not? I bootlegged Superdrag and Matthew with a microcassette shoved in my long underwear. It sounded pretty good too, so I'll email you if it's a success. I see that a lot of people have bands on here, do any of you have demos? I have a lot of friends here who are really into the music business and might like to hear your stuff. Just make sure you're protected.

How will I drink from that stream? How will my heart sing your praise? How can I lay down in green grass fields when my soul is so afraid to?

Thanks alot Isaiah. Theres a few bands in there that you played with that i know of, but I hate the Juliana theory. Thats way cool that you got to open for them, and that would be awesome if you could bootleg that! Anyway I have a band. I sing for it and play bass, for a while we've just been covering songs from mxpx and NoUse. Also I tried out for my brothers band(shortround) and I made it, its gonna be awesome because they have their own songs and excellent guitar players! Oh and I went to warped tour(moosegirl) It was way rad!

Umm... I'm kinda new here so I thought i'd post some stuff about me. big grin

I'm Andie, a 17 year old girl from Sweden (no, it's NOT cold here). I dropped out of school because I'm different. wink So currently the only thing I do all day is to cuddle with my cats and my fianceé. And being geeky of course. big grin
I'm bisexual and a communist. *now I'm sure I shocked some of you* wink It's common to be a communist here because Sweden is a socialist country.
I can be a bit cynical sometimes, and I'm introverted.

I'm about 5'6" tall, 110 lbs... Long brown hair, brown eyes. (that kills the myth that all Swedish girls are blonde! I hate when people think that)

Well that's about it... Oh yeah, I almost forgot. My shoe size is 6. big grin

Okay... here goes.

I'm a 18 (soon 19) year old guy from Norway, who's just graduated from school (I'm a service electrician - working on copymachines, faxes, computers, networks, etc. etc.).

I got a natural passion for computers, cute girls, movies, DVD's, music, Coke, and much, much more.

Single for the time being, and quite happy about it.

care to know more? http://home.online.no/~arvesiit

NUFAN: What don't you like about the Juliana Theory? Just curious. I have one of their albums.

Who else is on the tour; is there a website I can visit?

(mental hemeroids) I just think theyre too damn slow, and to me it hurts my ears I cant stand them. My brother gave me there cd and I had to break it. I guess thats just not my taste, anyway thats why.

NUFAN: I can definately see them as being slow; its just their style. Personally I prefer something with a 4/4 beat. Does your brother like them, or was it a hand me down.
It takes different music for different moods.
Thanks for the response. smile

Speaking of...
I was just at one of kristin kreuk's fan sites, wow... talk about posts all over the place. My room is cluttered enough to have to expose my eyes to the mess. wink
