hi. i've only seen 3 movies of rlc here in the phillipines. SHE'S ALL THAT, 18TH ANGEL & JOSIE AND THE PUSSYCATS. but that's more than enough for me to comlpetely fall in love with her. i think she's a great actress. going to the point, when i saw josie and the pussycats. it seems to me that she knows a little guitar playing because when i looked at her hands, it looked like she's strumming an F chord on the guitar, and other guitar chords as well. because i know a little guitar playing myself. my question is DOES RLC KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE GUITAR? DOES SHE HAVE OTHER TALENTS BESIDES ACTING? DOES SHE SING OR DANCE? (i would love to see her dance or sing) i would also like to know where a fan like me can write to her? i would like to give her a pearl necklace made here in the phillipines...and also tell her to visit my beautiful country.

Welcome, chapel. Smile

Yes, Rachael did have to learn how to play guitar for the movie to make it look real. Smile She doesn't do her own singing, though. Kay Hanley actually did the singing for Josie. Smile Rachael did sing a little bit, though. She is one of the background singers in a couple songs from the movie. Smile

I hope that answered your questions. Welcome to the board! Big Grin

Rach is not the only one in hollywood to get pro singers to sing for them. Take George Clooney in O Brother, where his singing was so terrible they had to bring in someone.

I don't know if this was the case for RLC - I hope not, and if they used her for backup vocals I guess it wasn't too bad...

thanks! if i write a letter to her, how long do you think it will take for her to reply. i asked because i have a friend here in the phillipines that wrote to drew barrymore, as i recall i think it took 4 years for drew to reply. also, will she be the one to write back or just her secretary? i asked this because someone told me due to the huge amount of mail hollywood stars get, they just hire someone to answer fan mails for them. i really hope not! oh! one last thing can i give her a small gift?
