(slightly OT but involves RLC's big movie)
My wife just bought "10 Things" and I have been noticing a number of tie ins between that movie and Rachael's breakout hit "She's All That."

- both are updates of classic stories: SAT-Pygmailion, 10-Taming of the Shrew
- both star someone from "The Babysitter's Club": SAT-RLC (of course), 10-Larisa Oleynik
- both have Gabrielle Union: SAT-her 1st role, 10-her 2nd role
- both involve a bet on a girl by guys: SAT-to make prom queen. 10-to get in her pants
- in both, the guys fall for the women who were originally just a project
- in both, things go wrong at a party about midway thru the film
- in both, the bet is exposed just before or at the prom (in 10 both that and the fact that he was paid to date the girl come out at the prom)
- both have an asshole/idiot character: SAT-choose either Matthew Lillard or Dean Samson's characters, 10-Andrew Keegan's character
- (stretching here) Kay Hanley of Letters to Cleo: 10-Sings in movie, Kay is singing voice of RLC (star of SAT) as Josie in Josie & PC

Probably other things too, but I just started thinking about it.

It's like the Lincoln/Kennedy thing, I tell ya smile

Actually, it's not really like that at all. Still, alot of tie-ins.
