Rachael is going to play the role of Chrissie in a new indie titled, All Hat. Smile Rachael plays a jockey that is a real wild child! Smile It sounds like it will be a lot of fun. The screenwriter, Brad Smith, is also the author of the book; the book is currently available for those wishing to read it before it is put to celluloid. Smile

Rachael will be co-starring with Keith Carradine and Luke Kirby. Shooting starts very soon in Canada somewhere in Ontairo. Smile

You heard it here first! lol Wink

Can't you already imagine the silly movie review headlines? "Rachael is ALL HAT" lol Wink

I can't find any other mention of this movie on-line anywhere.

unless I am mistaken shooting at Fort Erie Racetrack wrapped up today - though shooting will continue at other locations - I know where, but I won't tell you that - tomorrow. The movie also stars Ernie Hudson (from Ghostbusters)

I was on set today, and was on camera for one take (yeehaw I'm a movie star!). Though I crossed paths with Rachel several times throughout the day here and there. I know her stunt double fairly well and the poor girl took a beating yesterday. (no, Rachel doesn't do her own stunts - she was riding a plastic horse)

Here is a blurb about the movie. So far, it is the ONLY thing I have found online about this movie. lol I did notice that it now finally shows on IMDb with Rachael being credited. Smile

Rachael Leigh Cook has played a lot of different roles as an actress, but she never thought being a jockey would be one of them. "I just finished a movie in Ontario called 'All Hat' -- it's like the saying, 'All hat, no saddle.' I play a jockey," she tells us with a laugh. "I've been falling off horses for the last couple of weeks, but it was a lot of fun. It would have taken me years and years to ride well, so I wasn't allowed to do the actual riding." Cook says the experience has certainly made her appreciate the men behind the horses. "They're the most hard-core athletes I think I've ever encountered. No joke."

All Hats off to Rachael Leigh Cook? nah I suck at this game, lol

Ernie's the bomb

Nice to know she'll be on a horse again, very creepy and errie scene from Eighteeth Angel always gets me.

Ridiculious casting of shooter mcgaven as Rachy's father - what were they thinking!
