WOW, I like the new design
Just two small questions: - I know that this shows a Hot Topic, but what does this symbol stand for? (pacman?)- Is a topic with a checkbox a poll?Schaumi |

I believe that little "PacMan" is actually supposed to be a flame. LOL

Yes, that is a new poll (look at the filename of the image).
And that deformed flame represents a 'hot' topic. Glad everyone is liking it. This will allow us to introduce some cool new features in the future (probably early next year). New Graemlins (smilies) is a possibility, though I imagine we'd be pretty strict with what we'd allow. |

This new format is working really well.
The shade of blue for the links is not quite dark enough to make it stand out. That's probably only me, due to vision problems. I can read it, but one or two shades darker (not totally black) might make it stand out more. Looking forward to new Graemlins and new features. Thanks, Steve and Staff. This just in...
On a G4 iMac I was able to use the two icons for quotes and editing posts. It's not working for me on a Dell. Both computers are running IE v5.5 or later. I'm getting "javascript:void(0):" for both icons on the Dell. I don't think that came up at all on the iMac. "I will go down with this ship, and I won't raise my hands up in surrender..." If you use IE then the rollover text (bottom left, just above the startbar) should read "javascript:void(0);", and should work fine. It does for me, though mine isn't a Dell.
What browser are you using and what version? Do you have any java plugins? ---winz--- Carpe Jugulum 'Go for the throat.' Το σκοτάδι έρχεται |

Winz, that's the bummer of the whole IE thing. There came a version where IE stopped supporting certain java functions that work flawlessly in Netscape.
On the iMac, I was making corrections in Netscape. On the Dell... I get the javascript, but click the mouse and nothing happens. ----------------------------------------- Well, crumbs. It finally worked on this computer, the same one I was working on yesterday. Is there a PC out there that works the same way two days in a row? I want to meet it. Maybe it's just the way this computer is configured. Public library owned and operated. "I will go down with this ship, and I won't raise my hands up in surrender..." White Flag Dido |

Yeah, thanks
- But one thing I'll be missing: In past we could enter easily to different sections by clicking on the "GO" button at the right bottom of every page. Personally I'd preferred four simple straight links but it was good. Why did you remove it? Schaumi |

Click the folder icon (

Yippie, I found it.
Thanks. I haven't noticed it before. *I'm checking other new things* |
