Rachael Leigh Cook is not only a talented actress but also a caring individual who is helping to raise money for seriously ill children. In efforts to raise money for STARBRIGHT foundation, Cook has designed her very own popple plush stuffed animal. (If you who don't know what a popple is, it is a plush stuffed bear that can roll up into a ball. It was popular in the 80's and is now returning to toy stores everywhere.) The Rachael Leigh Cook Popple is going to be available on ebay beginning on the 15th of November. Could you please post some information about this event on your website to encourage others to support STARBRIGHT and Rachael Leigh Cook by checking it out. Any questions about STARBRIGHT or Rachael Leigh Cook please email me at leek@u.washington.edu

klee

P.s Her design is super Cute!

Like "Josie" merchandise I expect we will see no sign of them in the UK.

In England I think it managed a week in some Cinemas! I think I missed it. Then again I got the American DVD before it was out in the cinema anyway.

Great idea to get involved here. Imagine if I heard that my son is terminally ill. These people brings them to Disney World, meet superstars (even Rachael) and makes them feel proud doing something before it's too late...

Christmas is around the corner, give a "Popple" for the Holidays and make a kid feel good...

I assume there will be multiple ones available. Or will there only be one RLC popple?

Hey, I definitly would buy it, but who has the money? Ebay stuff like that usually goes for anywhere from $100 - $1000s... Darn... we need to make copies of this popple and distribute it to all RLC fans... smile

I would certainly not call it ugly. Then again I am not that keen on soft toys...

hey, I never called it ugly, lol....just sorta ugly...I dunno...I useta have about a million stuffed animals, and they were all cuter, lol. I think it would have been better if it were all one color, like brown, grey, or white smile see, the thing itself isn't bad...but the colors kinda....
