It's a ways away but Blow Dry is currently scheduled for a release on August 14, 2001. Who wants to bet it will be pushed back?

it already did, it was originally scheduled for June 26, so it might be again soon

Damn that was quick. It was only out in theaters for 2 weeks in my area before they took it out now it's already comming out on video. I didn't get a chance to see it but how bad can it be.

Wait, wait. It's already been in the theatres? Damn! I just looked it up in imdb.com and it says it was out March 7 in the US (limited). Arg! I guess I'll just have to buy it when it's out on DVD. *sigh*

I missed Antitrust too, but at least that was my own fault. I don't think Blow Dry was ever at my local theatre.

I thought anti-trust was rad. but my IT techie roomate thought otherwise. he's a commie.

Well, I can't say whether or not I like it yet. I just ordered it on DVD, hopefully it'll be here today, and I'll be able to give you all the opinion of another techie. I'm guessing I'll like it. I mean, I liked Hackers, and that didn't even have RLC in it!

I'm an IT techie guy, and I loved Anti-Trust, but It could have been better, and I hope the Re-Editing and adding some deleted section for the DVD it is better!

But the worst is, i can't see it! It's in cinema's across Europe now, but NOT in the netherlands (some rights-stuff i guess) AAAARGGGH!!! I CAN however buy it on DVD, but i'll need to buy a region-free DVD-player cause we here have region2 DVD's and i can only buy it on US DVD wich is region1... Again: AAAAARRGGGHHH!

The Official Blow Dry site has a new design up and is looking quite nice. It has some wallpaper, a screensaver, trailers, stills, production information, some info on Rachael (which isn't too correct since it claims she has a tattoo on her arm, haha), and some other weird stuff. All in all, definitely worth checking out.

Now I'll leave you with a preview of the Blow Dry video/dvd packaging (which will also be the video poster). Remember, you saw it here first.

From what I can tell it looks like the DVD will have a behind the scenes featurette. Lets hope Rachael is in it.

I've actually already seen those behind-the-scenes interview bits, so I'm sure they will be included on the DVD as well.
