TNT will air DEFENDERS:PAYBACK on July 27 at 2 A.M. Central. This is a good one to tape if you haven't seen it. In my opinion Rachael's perfomance in this movie is second only to HI-LINE. Clea Duvall who was Laney's art class nemisess, plays Rachael's sister. If you like Rachael when she plays the victim, you'll love this role. I wouldn't be surprised if the director of GET CARTER had this role in mind when he cast Rachael for Doreen, it is somewhat similar.

It's a good one, I have one of the rare copies (it is expensive at Amazon.com, but I was lucky at eBay and paid a better price !!!)

I truly enjoyed Rachael as the victim. Beau Bridges and John LaRoquette are quite good in there. Clea DuVall has a strong presence as well as screen vet E.G. Marshall (He once played the President of the U.S. in Superman 2). I found Martha Plimption (a former "Goonie") a bit annoying, but since investigating lawyers are a bit like that, I'll pass over...

Was shot in Toronto (325 mi. west of Montreal). For fans, it's worth the watch, not only for Rachael, which has a supporting role, mostly the pivot of the whole thing...

And launches the debate about "doing justice by itself" and suffer the consequences... And that's what the lawyers want to do in this movie: trying to keep from jail somebody whose life was shattered by another human being who harmed him emotionnally by attacking a dear one and disturbing his family life forever...

Have a good thought afterwards...
