Not only will Rachael be voicing Tifa Lockheart in Kingdom Hearts II, but she'll be providing Tifa's voice in the dubbed version of Final Fantasy: Advent Children. ^_^

I just read this:
Advent Children LA Premiere There's going to be a screening in LA at the ArcLight Cinemas. I wonder if Rachael will be there? And it's on the day before my birthday too. XD Too bad I live on the other side of the country. |

Here are some pics of her (from Wireimage) from the premiere and the after show.
AC Premiere After Party From what I heard, she showed up a about 25 minutes late, and that she was also one of the first to leave. |

Thanks for the link, Euphrasie! And oh, did she? Maybe there was something going on and/or she had to go somewhere else?? I don't know.

I don't really know, but I asked a couple of Final Fantasy fans from this one message board about her. Besides telling me that she was "really hot", they mentioned that she showed up later than everyone else did, and that she also left fairly quickly during the autograph session. But apparently, she does an awesome job of voicing the character of Tifa (who, by the way, is probably the most complex and rounded character in the story).
Anyway, I'm guessing that she was just busy and had other engagements as well. |

Awesome and, that's possible. Most probably TR will know about it, because we all know TR knows everything... about Rachael, at least.

I attended the screening (being a FF fan and RLC fan) and got to sit about 10 feet in front of the cast (only thing blocking me from the cast of the film was a walkway). Rachael was the last one to arrive, but recieved the largest applause from the crowd.
I was kinda bummed I didn't have anything to get autographed, nor a camera to take a picture, but I had the chance to talk to her briefly before and after the screening. After the screening, the cast met outside for a few quick pictures then Rachael was the first to leave. It was an awsome night. |

she was actually a great voice for Tifa in the film. she captured the emotions of the character and made her believable (i was blown away when Tifa got in a fight, her grunts and "haiya" sounds were amazing).
one of the things i asked her was what it felt like to hear her voice on a computer generated character and she said that it was weird and kinda odd, but was very fun. |

There is a downloadable video of an interview with her at IGN ...
She did a beautiful job for Tifa in KHII ... I wish I could've gone to see AC ... but I'm extremely happy because Tifa is pretty much my fave char of all time =) |

Thanks, actually, I was looking for a downloadable version of it. Yet, I recently read somewhere that those YouTube videos can be downloaded too.

I watched Advent Children on DVD last night.
I tried that Keepvid sit ewith the URL for the interview and couldn't get it to work. I just cut and pasted the URL. Is there any special way of doing it? |
